Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Thamosha grew up in Galle, Sri Lanka and studied in Southlands College where she lead from the front, through her leadership skills from her younger days. With many other titles she held at school, she was the Deputy Head Prefect during 2010/2011. Since her youth, she has always wanted to inspire and give a voice to others.
She graduated from the Staffordshire University, where she obtained a Bachelors in Business Information Technology and Masters in Technology Management. She is planning to pursue her PhD.
She is currently employed as a Junior Project Manager at Virtusa, a multinational IT Services company. With her passion for teaching, she is also a Visiting Lecturer at several private universities. Together with her mother, she entered the life of an entrepreneur by co- founding Nifty Looms, a crochet and bobbin lace brand.
Thamosha believes in being “First, Best or Different” in anything she does.
Being sharp, observant and open minded has allowed her to learn new things quickly while maintaining professionalism and high standards in any engagement she gets involved with.
Thamosha’s aspiration is to mentor the younger generation on the opportunities ahead to be different, and to be a part of global change.
